We are always learning about ourselves and how we continue to adapt and contribute to the world around us. The therapeutic journey is part of this life-long learning and can be both fulfilling and challenging. Whether you are working towards recovery from substance use, improving your self-esteem, building your communication skills, going through a major life transition, or learning about healthy ways to cope, I’m here to meet you where you’re at and support you along the way.

I work with individuals and youth (16+) and have worked in various settings throughout the non-profit and public sectors for over 12 years as a Registered Social Worker. My specialties are working with post-secondary students, individuals with substance use concerns, and family members impacted by a loved one’s substance use or behaviour.

Starting the therapeutic process and working towards being our most authentic self can seem daunting. However, it would be a honour to walk along side you on this journey.
