Individual counselling to meet you where you are at.

You've been carrying more than people realize. Perhaps you're using substances to cope, trying to keep up with school, or feeling the pressure to be the one who "has it together". On the outside, you appear to be managing, but inside, you're overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how much longer you can keep pushing through.

You don't have to navigate this journey alone. Whether you are working towards recovery, seeking addiction counselling, improving your self-esteem, or learning about healthier ways to cope, I am here to support you. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. You set the pace, and I meet you where you're at.

As a Registered Social Worker with over 12 years of experience, I provide mental health support to adults and youth (16+). I specialize in counselling for teens and support men who feel the weight of expectations, stress, or self-doubt but struggle to talk about it, individuals navigating substance use concerns, students juggling academic pressure, identity, burnout, and family members affected by a loved one’s substance use. Additionally, I offer counselling for post-secondary students facing unique challenges.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own or aren’t sure what to expect. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly, explore what’s weighing on you, and build healthier ways to cope. If any part of this resonates, especially if you're seeking counselling in London Ontario, reach out for a consultation.
