Men's Issues

Many expectations are placed on individuals throughout their lives, often leading to feelings of isolation and confusion about the world around us. This can be particularly challenging for men who may seek emotional support to navigate complex situations and express their difficulties. Men often reach out for support to address various men's issues, including improving relationships, expressing emotions in a healthy way, and managing life transitions such as becoming a new father, retirement, starting a new job, or coping with grief. They may also look to build their support system to combat feelings of isolation and address concerns related to their identity.

What Counselling Can Help with:

- Managing complex and intense emotions

- Dealing with life transitions for men

- Relationship concerns

- Depression and anxiety

- Substance use concerns
